This last week has been work as usual for Pat/Dad and a whirlwind adventure for me. We started by driving to Bend, OR and then on to Klamath Falls. This is McKenzenie Peak out of Klamath.
Most of these pictures were taken at 60 + mph...we never stopped!
Beautiful Medford with its live oaks and rolling hills.
Sorry about so many pictures, but Spring is really intense in the Northwest!
We had to drop down into California between Medford and Brookings, OR. This is a huge Redwood Tree with rain on the windshield.
Brookings, Oregon Sunset. It was very rainy all day, so we felt lucky to get this much. We had a brisk, fresh-air walk on the beach between storms.
Up early again and a few stops later, across the mountains with more stops in Eugene and Salem.

Wooden carved Totem in Brookings. Sorry out of order :)

Bandon poppies all closed up in the rain.
Spectacular rain storm, wind and color along Columbia river

We even made a stop in the Tri-Cities for a great base-ball game!

The Northwest is such a diverse and beautiful place. What a joy to live here.

Man, I miss all that green! We can't wait to get back up there in August!
